Hi Runa, Two weeks will do. Seoul is the capital. so you have to see it no doubt. Pusan has its unigue characters, beaches and dynamic people. Jeju island can show off its glowing beauty in September. Lovely beaches, different food and different old houses from the mainland. I really recommend you should explore countrysides or mountains. My choice is Jiri Mountains. It talks three days to mountaineer across the main range of Jiri. And Damyang where traditional gardens still remain, Gyeongju where you can see historical remains of one of powerful dynasties called Sila : the city is very well-reserved and small so you can cycle to get about. Haenam and Gangjin area is quiet but have a very warm-feeling atmosphere. Good luck~ and if you have furthere questions, let me know
